The Omega Seamaster Watch

Some brief history of Omega

One of the biggest names when it comes to men’s watches. Omega is a brand that is often thought of offering a classic style, excellent functionality and primarily, high quality. A luxury watchmaker, made in Switzerland, they have been creating watches of all types since 1848, even collaborating with the likes of NASA, as well as the best-known spy and secret agent, James Bond.

Their watches are not only made to look amazing, which of course they do. But they are also designed with sport and activity in mind. Whether this is diving to great depths or driving in the fast lane, having an Omega watch on your wrist means that you will always have time on your side. As well as a luxurious and beautifully designed watch that could last a lifetime.

The OMEGA Seamaster

Launched in 1948, to coincide with their 100 year anniversary. The Seamaster’s https://www.sihspune.org/clomid.php first diving-record in 1955, Gordon McLean reached a depth of 62.5 metres in Australia. Back in 1957, Omega welcomed a brand-new design into their collection. This watch was the Seamaster 300 and was designed for divers and other professionals who spent a large amount of time underwater. At the time, the combination of amazing style and this excellent level of functionality, Omega found a watch that quickly became its flagship model.

The great thing about vintage watches is whilst their classic style still works in a modern age, they can also embrace some more modern approaches to technology too. This has been seen in the Omega Seamaster watch. More than 50 years after it was first introduced this watch has been re-invented and brought up to date with modern technology repeatedly. This makes it the ideal choice for those divers who are looking for a stylish and functioning watch.
