Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy:

Xmas Extended Returns Policy from the 27th November – 31st January 2021.

– We understand that sometimes you receive something that is not quite as you expected, and therefore we are happy to offer you 30 days to return your watch from the date of purchase. Please note that the watch will need to be returned within this 30 day period, any returns thereafter will not be refundable. We are a UK based company, so all returns are to our UK returns address.

– If you receive your watch and find that something is not quite right, please do return it to us within your 30 day grace period for either a full refund, replacement or repair if possible.

– Each item we list is described to the best of our ability. The photos are of the actual items being sold and are as detailed as possible. We welcome any questions prior to the sale for clarification. Most items that we list have been previously owned and they are all being sold in an “as is” condition with no warranty. In some cases watches have been refurbished and therefore may have generic replacement parts, please refer to the descriptions for details. 

– Although all our watches are in working condition at the time of sale, keep in mind that they may need servicing, cleaning, and/or adjustment in the future. Many items we sell are vintage mechanical watches that should not be expected to keep time as accurately as quartz watches.

To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were received.

When we receive the item, we will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligible for a refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.

We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 3 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.

You should return it to us using Registered Post and always mark the item as a return on the customs declaration, we will not be held responsible for returns lost, or customs fees to be paid.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns. Returns for faulty items or items not as described are the responsibility of VintageTimeWatches. Postage costs already incurred are not refundable.
