A solid fine-brushed and polished stainless steel case, body, bezel and bracelet, it measures 38mm in diameter and 42mm from lug to lug, not as big as some of today’s watches, but a good size. The timekeeping is also perfect as you would expect from Tag Heuer with its ETA quartz movement with a whopping 27 jewels. The chronograph is working as it should, split-seconds with 1/10th of a second readout, and it just looks really classy! Encased in thick stainless steel and enticing us with its attractive numbered bezel with the well known ‘Click’ as it turns! The dial is silver and clean with the logo in the centre, there are the usual luminous markers, quick set date at 4 o’ clock and luminous hands, all under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The crown can screw in/lock and features the logo, case back also has the logo and screws in. The model number is 540.206R. It comes with the original Tag Heuer stainless steel strap with double folding clasp s/n 325/3 and measures approximately 7” or 17.5cm. The watch comes without the original box and papers, but a travel box will accompany it. It has not been pressure sealed, so water resistance is not guaranteed.
