Our Take
Rado is a unique brand in the way that they use their innovation in design and materials to come up with some of the worlds most unique watches. This 1970s Voyager is a classic, it’s midsize and originally designed for men but could suit a lady too who like a bigger watch, it measures 35mm in diameter and 38mm from lug to lug. The gold plated case has a unique shape and is sturdy and solid, unfortunately, there is plenty of plate wear evident. The steel back pops in and is in good condition, it bears the logo, model number #636.3267.2 s/n 20751720. The gold textured dial is in good condition with diamante all the way around. It has elegant sweep seconds and a date/day window at the 6 o’clock position. The anchor in the centre moves as it should and is all kept under a mineral crystal. The crown is signed with the logo, fading is evident in the gold here too. The watch is powered by an automatic movement with 17 jewels and keeps good time. The strap has been replaced with a black leather bracelet and will fit a wrist of about 7.5” or 19cm approximately. The watch comes without the original box but will be accompanied by a gift box. Water resistance is not guaranteed so please do not use it near water.
