Our Take

“Innovators by tradition” has been the phrase behind Tissot since the founding of the company in 1853! This classy ladies Tissot dates back to the mid-noughties with its stainless-steel round case and plain bezel screaming minimalist at its best! It has a precise Tissot quartz movement, which works as it should and keeps perfect time. The grey dial is clean and has elegant with only markers at the 2 main positions, all encased under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The crown is steel and signed with the logo. A stainless case back stamped Tissot 1853 #G335S s/n QKP-BF-21748 completes the watch and measuring around 20mm in diameter and 26mm from lug to lug, it’s rather petite. The stainless steel strap is original with ALL LINKS and will fit a wrist of up to 7.5” or 18.5cm approximately. The watch comes with the original box and papers. It has not been pressure sealed, so please do not use it near water.

About Tissot

“Innovators by tradition” has been the phrase behind Tissot since the founding of the company in 1853. As proof of that, they’ve been responsible for: first mass-produced pocket watch, first pocket watch with dual time zones, first to make watches from plastic (Idea 2001), rock (RockWatch), mother of pearl (the Pearl watch) and wood.

Also introduced the ‘T-Touch’ technology in 1999, which have touch-sensitive sapphire crystals to control functions.

They now work with a number of organising sporting bodies to develop ever-more accurate timing solutions, whether that’s cycling, motorcycling, fencing or hockey. Notable wearers include Grace Kelly,
James Stewart and Nelson Mandela.
