Our Take

Tissot goes a long way back, all the way to 1853, and the amount of awards they have won over the years is endless, this fact makes it surprising that a Swiss brand can still be so affordable, but it is! This Tissot LC630.110 bangle watch dates back to 2004. It has a rectangle stainless-steel case measuring around 18mm in diameter and 24mm from lug to lug, a petite watch for a lady. The bezel is steel and bears the logo both top and bottom. It has a precise Tissot quartz movement, which works as it should and keeps perfect time. The tiled dial has a mirror effect as well as the hands and is super minimalist, all encased under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. A stainless steel case back, stamped with the logo and model number LC630.110 serial number TKQ-BC-14042 completes the watch off nicely. The original stainless steel strap with butterfly clasp will fit a wrist up to 6.7” or 17cm approximately. The watch comes with a matching bracelet as well as the original box and booklets. It has not been pressure sealed, so please do not use it near water.

About Tissot

“Innovators by tradition” has been the phrase behind Tissot since the founding of the company in 1853. As proof of that, they’ve been responsible for: first mass-produced pocket watch, first pocket watch with dual time zones, first to make watches from plastic (Idea 2001), rock (RockWatch), mother of pearl (the Pearl watch) and wood.

Also introduced the ‘T-Touch’ technology in 1999, which have touch-sensitive sapphire crystals to control functions.

They now work with a number of organising sporting bodies to develop ever-more accurate timing solutions, whether that’s cycling, motorcycling, fencing or hockey. Notable wearers include Grace Kelly,
James Stewart and Nelson Mandela.
