If you’ve read the About page, you’ll know that vintage watches are so much more than business to us; first and foremost, it’s a passion that we’ve been fortunate enough to be able to follow, which is perhaps why we look after the VintageTimeWatches customers as we do – because we’re genuinely grateful to them for giving us the opportunity to do this.
When it comes to our products, we try to consider what a potential purchaser may think of; we’ll only ever use honest and accurate descriptions of the watch, we try to keep ‘flowery’ language or marketing schmooze to a minimum – describing something like “This beautiful wrist instrument has clearly undergone a transformation, like a chrysalis to butterfly with the fitting of an unsullied hide strap” isn’t our way – “This watch has a had a new leather strap fitted, which has changed the appearance for the better” is much more our style, and we believe that you appreciate that.
As you may expect and appreciate, we’re dealing with products that by their very nature have some age to them, so we can’t guarantee that you’ll never have a problem, but what we can guarantee is that you’ll be dealt with politely, courteously and in a manner that we’d want to be treated if the shoe was on the other foot. We also guarantee to try and resolve any problems in the most amicable way for both parties – a business is nothing without customers.
All watches are tested and inspected before being sent out; we do our utmost to deliver you a first-class product, but we don’t hand-deliver them (wouldn’t it be great if we could). If for any reason your package arrives damaged, we will, of course, take issue with the courier, but please rest assured that it didn’t leave here damaged.

While we like to carry stock of the more well-known luxury vintage watch brands, we aren’t limited to them; we hold stock and regularly sell a variety of brands, from Tissot to Tag, Accurist to Omega and everything in-between – the qualifier is ‘vintage’.

All our watches are in stock on-site in Sussex, we do not ship any watches via other locations, or drop ship from suppliers. This gives you the peace of mind that any product you order is in stock and shipped securely.
